Season;Shares can come once paid in full. returning shares year round upon deposit of next season, NO LIVE-IN'S / No mid weeker's ,though shares are allowed holiday weeks.

House parties? not likely here. Going out to them is more common.Happy hours? very common for some Late nite bar scene/after hours also common for some

Sat nite dinner is very common with a great atmosphere and plenty of cooking talent.

Skiing ability: expert through beginner .defiantly top heavy

Location; closer than you are now. 5 minute drive to lodges and we are On Killington bus route for those who don't want to drive up the access rd.

Paved well lit blacktop driveway with plenty of parking.

Larger bedrooms than most ski houses. Make no mistake about it the bedrooms are not small by any means.

Guest policy; 50 per nite due on arrival. Shares are responsible for there guests and fees. No perma-guests / or unattended guests
